IndexNow is an open protocol that lets a website tell search engines which addresses changed, instead of waiting for crawlers to come back and notice. The search engines that take part share every notification with each other.
Every RR Daily Authority hub uses it automatically. There is no account to connect and no key to set up, on a Review Revolution hosted address or on your own subdomain.
Which search engines it reaches
Bing, Yandex, Naver, Seznam, and Yep. Bing’s index also underpins Microsoft Copilot, which is part of why fresh Bing coverage matters. Google does not take part, so Authority keeps Google informed through your Google Search Console sitemap instead. See which engines each integration reaches.
When your hub notifies them
Every time a page publishes, and again once a week for the whole hub. Each run compares your live pages with what the engines were last told and sends only what changed: new articles, edited ones, home and category pages whose lists moved, and pages that were removed.
How ownership is proven
Your hub has its own IndexNow key and serves it as a small text file at its own address. Engines can fetch that file to confirm a notification really came from your site. Keys are never shared between hubs.
What you see in the dashboard
The Performance tab shows the address being notified, a link to the key file, how many pages are tracked, the last and next sync, and each submission with the response the engines returned. “Sync now” sends pending changes immediately.
What we will not promise
IndexNow shortens the time before search engines can find a change. It does not force a page into an index, and it does not change rankings. Read IndexNow: one notification, five search engines.
