What you connect
The Search Console property that matches the live address of your hub, whether that is a subdomain you own or a Review Revolution hosted address. On your own domain you can verify through DNS. A hosted address is verified with Google’s HTML tag, which you paste into the verification card in Authority. See hosted hub or your own subdomain.
What Authority uses it for
Resubmitting your sitemap whenever pages publish, showing queries, impressions, clicks, and average position as Google reports them, and inspecting a URL when a page should have been found and was not. Google does not take IndexNow, so the sitemap is how new pages are announced to Google.
AI Overviews and AI Mode
Search Console’s generative AI report counts how often your pages appear in AI Overviews and AI Mode, by page, country, device, and date. It shows impressions only, with no clicks or queries yet, and you read it inside Search Console. See what the new report shows.
