Planning a Month of Answers Before You Write

The research happens once. The publishing happens every day. Mixing those two jobs is how teams burn out and still sound generic.

Most “we need more content” projects fail at the same step: someone opens a blank page on Monday and hopes for a keyword. By Friday the voice has drifted and the topics have no relationship.

Authority splits the work. Once a month we look at your market, your reviews, your existing pages, and what people searched. The calendar of 28 to 31 pages is the output. Daily writing then follows the plan.

    What the month is for

Each slot has a job: informational, comparison, local, commercial, seasonal. The Uluwatu example in our planning is the pattern: best time to visit, Uluwatu vs Canggu, sunset spots, where to stay, family guide.

    You still have a say

You can edit a topic, replace it, change the audience, move the date, or pause a day. Regenerating the whole plan is limited on purpose, so the month stays a decision rather than a slot machine.

    Reviews belong in the plan

If guests keep asking about parking, late checkout, or a dish that is always praised, those questions should appear as pages. That is how reviews become public authority.

Search Console belongs in the next plan

Queries with impressions but weak pages are next month’s work. Search Console is how that loop closes.

Decide the month, then keep the days honest

Authority’s operating model is monthly strategy, daily execution, continuous improvement. Get started.
