Multi-Location Brands: One Knowledge Base, Many Places

Shared answers should not erase the neighbourhood. Each location needs pages that still feel local, on top of one honest story about the brand.

A gym group or a cafe group often publishes one blog for the company and hopes every city benefits. Guests do not search that way. They search the street, the mall, the beach.

Authority keeps one fact ledger for the brand and still plans local pages per place: hours, audience, nearby landmarks, and the review themes that differ by site.

    One voice, many addresses

The brand kit stays stable so you do not sound like two companies. Locations get their own names, maps, and “near” pages.

Do not clone the same article ten times

Thin location swaps are obvious and unhelpful. Each place should earn pages that mention what is actually different: parking, crowd, signature service.

    Reviews split by site

A location with checkout complaints should not inherit the flagship’s praise pages unchanged. Intelligence from Review Revolution should stay attached to the site that earned it.

    Search Console per host

If locations share a hub, connect the property that matches the live host. If they have their own subdomains, each can be understood separately in Search Console.

Share the knowledge. Keep the places distinct.
